United Kingdom to increase investments

On 22 April 2012, the United Kingdom’s Secretary of State for Latin America and the Caribbean, Jeremy Browne, announced that his country intends to increase investments in Peru, which already account for 20.21 percent of Peru’s total foreign direct investment (FDI). Between 2010 and 2011, FDI in Peru increased by 18.3 percent.
