President Lobo requests more U.S. support

On 7 May 2012, during a visit to Washington, D.C., President Porfirio Lobo met with Undersecretary of State for Latin America Roberta Jacobson, Bureau of International Narcotics Affairs Assistant Secretary William Brownfield and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Director for Latin America Mark Feierstein, to discuss the expansion economic development, social and other assistance programs.
