Navy test launches Exocet MM40 missile

On 4 May 2012, the Navy successfully conducted a test launch of an Exocet MM40 missile equipped with an engine developed, fabricated, and certified by AVIBRAS in partnership with the European group MBDA. This program, the first of its kind in Brazil, had an investment of US$38.9 million.
