International arrest warrant reissued for EPP members

Paraguayan Judge Miguel Tadeo Fernández reinstated an international arrest warrant for five members of the Ejército del Pueblo Paraguayo (EPP) on 9 March 2012, after a previous order was set to expire. The EPP members are sought for kidnapping, murder, and criminal conspiracy.
