Electric Ministry hires former independent contractors

On 12 December 2012, Electricity Minister Héctor Navarro affirmed that the Ministry had formally hired over 5,509 former independent contractors, during a ceremony in which another 96 were brought on board by the National Electricity Corporation. Navarro also confirmed that 5,000 more will be incorporated in January 2013.
