Court of Appeals overturns Espinar mayor incarceration

On 13 June 2012, the Court of Appeals for the Supreme Court of Ica overturned the original decision condemning Espinar Mayor Óscar Mollohuanca to five months of prison. Mollohuanca was accused of inciting the violent protests against a mining project in early June 2012.
