Cavenarg president suggests measures to encourage exports

On 23 November 2012, Venezuela-Argentina Chamber Advisory Council (Cavenarg) President Benjamín Tripier considered it appropriate to establish a favorable exchange rate for Venezuelan exports, or promote alternatives to encourage it. Tripier pointed out the need for creating an Operations Office able to coordinate in practice the political guidelines established by Mercosur's Presidential Commission.
