Authorities capture notorious hitman

On 10 February 2013, President Ricardo Martinelli and his Colombian counterpart, Juan Manuel Santos, announced the capture of the drug trafficker known by the alias Pichi. As leader of the hitmen gang Oficina de Envigado, Pichi was charged with the murder of two anti-drug police officers in 2012 in Medellín, as well as the massacre of 10 members of his own gang.
