Use of explosive devices increasing

On 14 July 2010, Panamanian Minister of the Interior Carlos Menocal warned that the use of explosive devises on urban transportation had been increasing. In the first seven months of 2010, there were five explosive attacks on buses resulting in three deaths and 49 people injured.
